Ever wonder about those Greek letters?

As a three-time "Greek" (Phi Theta Kappa, Phi Beta Lambda, Sigma Tau Gamma), I had to be able to recite, at the drop of a hat, the entire Greek alphabet!
Sooooooo.....let's see how many possible 'canes there COULD be?
Any "Greeks" out there...try it...see how far you get.

The Alphabet goes on for awhile. It has more than anyone thinks. Alot of people think of alphabet 26 letters, but the greek alphabet has far more. Alpha= 1, and so on to 10 in the numeric catalog, but look. No 11, or 21 or 55, those must be combined. 55 is Nu-Epsilon.....78 is Omocron-Eta...And so on. Here is it down below the list of them. Learn them if you wish, they are interesting.....
Alpha = 1
Beta = 2
Gamma = 3
Delta = 4
Epsilon = 5
*** = 6
Zeta = 7
Eta = 8
Theta = 9
Iota = 10
Kappa = 20
Lambda = 30
Mu = 40
Nu = 50
Xe = 60
Omocron = 70
Pi = 80
*** = 90
Rho = 100
Sigma = 200
Tau = 300
Upsilon = 400
Phi = 500
Chi = 600
Psi = 700
Omega = 800

I understand that greek words are pronounced by using the sound of each letter, just like english.
I guess that's why there was never a fraternity named
Alpha Alpha Sigma
