June 18 — Max Factor cosmetics heir and fugitive serial rapist Andrew Luster was captured early Wednesday in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, an investigator for a California district attorney said.

We have to extradite him first...and "El Presidente de los Estados Unidos de Mexico" Vicente Fox has not shown himself to be very friendly in this regard.
