What is the worse thing you did to your body that you wish you would not have done? Piercings, tattoos, green hair.

Eat too much

A way to demonstrate to a friend of mine that cutting her wrists was wrong. I'll leave it there... But it worked. She doesn't anymore.

Alicia -

Me too. Honestly though, one time my hair color was way out of control. Not on purpose, mind you, but I'll say one word - orange. ICK!!! Now I make sure I have a fashionable hat before I get my hair done! :)

I worry about my weight too much. Always wishing I was super skinny like a super model and I know no matter how much I try, I will never be that thin. I feel guilty if I eat something fattening and beat myself up about for the rest of the day.

I dont want to be super skinny. After my last divorce, I went from 160 to 105 in two months. We wont get into how, but it wasnt pleasant and the effects on my health were long lasting. But hey, I got into a size 3!!!!!

I didnt look all that great either. I looked sick. Heck, I was sick.

I am getting rid of the blubber this year though. Gained it all in the 7 years we've lived in Florida.

I wear between a Junior size 7-9. But, I quit the gym because I could no longer afford it. And I have a tyhroid problem and I would just like to lose 10-15 pounds. I am on synthroid, but I think they need to up my dose. My skin and hair are super dry because of the thyroid problem. And I am so addicted to this message board, that I am not exercising like I used to!

I did that too during my divorce; I was still carrying the baby weight from my daughter (she was six months old at the time) and I lost 40 lbs in one month. My super skinny MIL was bringing me food every night trying to get me to eat. I just wish I would have kept losing sensibly instead of going back to my bad habits.

People don't know this, but I actually have seven arms and three legs. The worst thing I ever did was decide a toxic waste dump was a good place to take a swim.

I eat bad food. Sometimes the stuff you put in your body is worse than what you do to the outside of it. I'm one of those folks that is skinny on the outside though, but my cholesterol levels would tell you otherwise :(.
