Um, it looks to me as if he is responding to someone (Condi?) else's note. It's clearly not her hand doing the writing in the picture. So, if it is him, why is the handwriting in the final two lines different? My guess -- he didn't write the comment asking for a bathroom break, but he is responding to the request.

But it hasn't been passed to her yet...it's still (possibly) his hand, definitely not hers. Or it was already passed to him and he's in possession of it now.

OR, it could be code wording for something other than what we think it is.
