Rip to Rehnquist
Saw it on CNN.com while others are showing reruns i guess?! He died due to complications with Thyroid Cancer.

Brent. me too.

I suppose it's possible that Justice O'Connor could be asked to stay on and John Roberts fill Judge Rehnquist's shoes because apparently Judge R agreed to stay on so Judge O could retire and be with her husband who is frail.
