Mooing, rare, medium rare

Just finished a LATE supper, fillet mignon, baked tater, steamed broccoli and watermelon. How do you like your steak cooked? Me, medium rare, Michelle......."Kick it around a little 'till it quits mooooooing!" :sick:

I rarely eat meat, but when I do it's medium rare. I know, I know - makes no sense to be practicially a vegetarian and love raw meat, but that's how I like it! :lol:

Well done. Rarely eat meat anyway, but I don't want it even a little bit red in the middle. I guess that's what happens when you raise bottle calves that eventually end up in your freezer LOL.

I like all the pink gone, but not all dried out and tough. I don't know if that's med, med-well, or well. Someone fill me in...

I like my steak, happily grazing in a field somewhere.....

Sorry, couldn't resist! Not a full fledged vegetarian....yet....but I avoid Beef, about 99.9% of the time now.

Medium to Well done... a litte moo ain't bad at times. However, its pretty rare that I eat steaks.

I like it rare. Anything over medium is overcooked.
