Sick Of The News

Is anyone else besides me sick of the news? They tell the same stories over for a whole week. It seems every news show does the same stories at night.
I think we can go on without this weeks news. This country has to have other news to report.
And when not reporting these few top stories, we have to see People in the News, which is repeated all week too.

I do agree with you. I just don't watch as much anymore. Every night on Fox, it is the Natalee Holloway case. Not that it is not a sad case, but they repeat the same things over and over. I often wait until my local news to hear local and national news.

I watch the local and state news.......I read the paper every single morning, don't care too much for the *big* guys anymore, not since Peter Jennings, Walter Concrite etc are gone.

I thought the same but Brian Williams of NBC is very good. He knows his stuff and has that natural ability. He's the only good one left

I'm sick of the Holloway case... unless there's something new I really wish they would stop the nonstop coverage.

I used to love watching Greta on the record, but she seems obsessed with this case. I do feel sorry for Natalee's mom, but she is over the top sometimes.

I use to watch the news from 5-9 every day during the week. The only show I watch now is Lou Dobb's on CNN. I still enjoy the way he brings to light the issues behind subjects such as outsourcing of jobs, illegal immigration etc. The rest of the news unless it is a major event I tend to tune it out anymore it is just to depressing.
