Breaking!!-Merck found liable in Vioxx trial!!

Well, lets take pennicilin, tylenol, lipator and others off the shelf too. I am sure people died while taking these drugs. This case was never proved that that drug killed him This is why prescription drugs are so high. Now there are thousands more ready to sue and the total could go into the billions. So, this means that all new drugs Merck is working on to help us with alzheimers, cancers will be affected by this case. Sure a few out of a million taking drugs die. So, now that Merck will probably have to take bankrupcy or lose billions of dollars, it will only hurt the American people. Merck tries their hardest to get drugs out there to improve our quality of life. More of our people have died in wars than from drugs. And, those troops were trying to improve our life in America too.
So, now you can see why pharmaceuticals have to charge high prices for medications.
And, remember the FDA approved this drug.
