K the reason why I made this thread was because I always wondered about something but no one ver seemed to know the answer. and I was wondering if any one else had some thing that they where wondering also.
I think this thread would be better to if no one brought something up that was personal to them. (comment this if you would like)
The example that i'm going to give is an actual question of mine that I as thinking that one of you could answer.
I'm starting to feel stupid about this because i'm sure all of you know it but here it goes.
Sometimes when I sleep really hard at night I get these rock like things in my eyes. They come out if I rub my eye near my nose which is where they are. They are usually green. and are small usually. I was wondering if this has happened to some one before. and if they knew what they are and how they get there. thanks
P.S. please tell me if this thread was a bad Idea. thanks again
Have you ever wondered about something?

astro,
Dont worry it is a very normal and natural thing. Some people call it "getting sleep in your eye". Your eyes are self cleaning, they are constantly filtering out irritants, you just dont notice it. When you sleep the stuff that is cleaned out collects in your tear duct and then when you wake up you have to clean out the little eye rocks. It happens to almost everyone so dont be ashamed of your question. Feel confident that your eyes are doing exactly what they are supposed to do!
