Seems that this Duncan character's fingerprint was identified in a kidnapping-death case of a 10-year-old boy in Riverside CA in 1997...just in on MSNBC. The local LE chief said that he'd followed hundreds of leads in this case, and this is the first solid piece of evidence he's seen

the justice system is too good for people like that. they should just be shot or drawn and quartered.
