Having to be here for 8:00 am! A morning person I'm not!!!!!

i'd LOVE an 8am job. we're here at 6:15 and leave at 4, sometimes later. but we get every other friday off, in addition to all the federal holidays.

the difficulty I'm having with my eyes. I suspect that by the time I retire, they will have a pretty good idea of why those of us that have wiorked on computers for the past 40 years are blind.

Ditto that. I need a new Rx for my glasses also, but the eye strain alone is killing me.

the mindlesses...I feel like a zombie... and I work with a few crazies that I really think might come to work with guns and shoot the place up.

but besides that I can't really complain...I have a job, pretty good benefits, pays pretty good....so it balances out.

Cleaning up eggs

It's just not what I want to be doing - I had to "fall back on my secretarial skills" unless I want to commute an hour each way for what I went to college for; with small kids at home that just isn't an option. My boss is (usually) great; she pays great for the area, I work 30 hours a week with vacation time and she contributes to whatever my retirement account is called. I just feel like I don't get to use my mind most days, and it is starting to drive me crazy.

I used to hate the politics and the jealous co-workers. I do not have that problem where I am now, thank goodness. I get to boss men around now. WOO HOO!!

I love my job. The part I don't like is the time before Friday at 3:30. My job rocks like crazy until monday morning.

sounds like you have a govornment job...
