HAHAHAHA

1. to test the heat of a pan for pancakes... throw a drop or two of water in the pan and if it sizzles... the pan is hot enough. Putting your hand on a pan is not usually a good idea LOL

2. A few little lumps are actually wanted in your pancake mix.. not biggies but little ones are a must for nice fluffy pancakes

3. paper towel lightly on top of the bacon helps prevent grease splatter all inside of the microwave :)

4. Napkins are your friend... say it with me now... Napkins are our friend! *winks*

5. You can't eat a WHOLE strip of bacon at once.. ok maybe you can LOL but you can't talk then LOLOLOL

6. What more does a woman want from a guy?... hummmm lemme think...a guy who cleans up after cooking!!!

Funny stuff Mike and just some tips from a Mom type who wuvs ya! :) *huggers*

Mike,

You REALLY need to come to Streetsoldier's School of Home Cooking!

I've been making my own food since I was six; at 53 1/2 now, I am well versed in "table for one-two-seven, whatever", and have a generous supply of "20 minutes and eat" preparations that will feed you well, and are easy to clean up afterwards.

Ask "beancounter" or "coppertop".
