We have a store in Irving named 'Saver's Cost Plus', and it's been around for 20+ years. The reason I called the business an oxy-moron is that my mom was charged 5 cents a bag while she was purchasing some oil for her car. Not only did they charge for bags, but for hauling the carts down to your vehicle. It's more of a rip-off than an oxymoron.
