Dear Lord, I pray for:
Wisdom, to understand a man
Love, to forgive him and
Patience, for his moods
Because, Lord, if I pray for strength
I'll just beat him to death.

Dear Lord, I pray for:
A cave, to hide for a week each month
A nice couch, for when i'm kicked out of the bedroom
Patience, because she has more moods than I do
Because, Lord, if I pray for strength,
That involves closing my eyes,
And she'll beat me in the process.
