I was having problems watching all the cool satellite weather animations. I had to uninstall Java and then re-install it.

For what it's worth: the java plug-in is no longer available from microsoft, but you can download it from java.com

It took a couple tries, and the test on the java site still says that I don't have the latest version, but I can watch the satellite loops again, now.
