Worst Customer Service Experience

My worst experience was at a mall's food court. I had pizza from Sbarro Italian Eatery. Well, the cashier forgot to give me a napkin, but this was alright.
Unfortunately, I sat far from Sbarro, and instead of making the walk over there to get one, I went to another resutaurant (an ethnic restuarant) and kindly asked for a napkin. Plus, Sbarro was busy with other customers. The rude employee behind the counter told me in somewhat broken English that I did not buy anything from the ehnic place, so why would they want to serve me.
I mumbled a little, walked over to Sbarro and obtained a napkin from their FREINDLY employee, and vowed NEVER to actually buy anything from the ethnic establishment again!
I even work customer service in retail!!
I know how it is done!
What have been some of the other members' experiences?
