Worst Customer Service Experience

My worst experience was at a mall's food court. I had pizza from Sbarro Italian Eatery. Well, the cashier forgot to give me a napkin, but this was alright.

Unfortunately, I sat far from Sbarro, and instead of making the walk over there to get one, I went to another resutaurant (an ethnic restuarant) and kindly asked for a napkin. Plus, Sbarro was busy with other customers. The rude employee behind the counter told me in somewhat broken English that I did not buy anything from the ehnic place, so why would they want to serve me.

I mumbled a little, walked over to Sbarro and obtained a napkin from their FREINDLY employee, and vowed NEVER to actually buy anything from the ethnic establishment again!

I even work customer service in retail!! I know how it is done!

What have been some of the other members' experiences?

HOME DEPOT :grr: I will NEVER, EVER buy ANYTHING again from Home Depot (at least up HERE!) :grr:

I went to HD last weekend looking for something (can't remember, I got so MAD)......I asked an associate where this particular item was, she said, and I QOUTE......"It's not my department, the guy that's working this dept isn't here and I don't know when he'll be in!" So....I went to find the mgr and THIS B**** said and I qoute, "I don't have any idea when the associate will be in and I'm too busy right at the moment to help you!" :grr: I had over $100 worth of material in my cart, I said KINDLY to the mgr....."If you don't have time to help me, maybe you'll have time to RESTOCK these items!" I left the cart right in front of her, she exclaimed, "Sir, wait!" My reply to her??? This is a FAMILY website
