George Carlin Lovers

For those of you who love to watch George Carlin, do you believe what he has to say? He can get way out on his views, but do you more or less think along the same lines that he does?

I'm a huge Carlin fan and have been for 20+ years. While I disagree with his views on a lot of things he always makes you take a look at things through his eyes. His ability to take the most innocuous daily life items and poke fun at what we all assume is normal is hillarious. :-)

I agree with Marshall pretty much about George and his views.

I had the "honor" of picking Carlin up for a show he was doing in Houston in the early 70's when he was really "way out there" and let me tell you he was really "way out there"!!!!  Also took him to the airport after the show. Thought I was going to wreck the car we were laughing so hard. Of course, some of that may have had something to do with some substances that were ingested during the evening. Anyway he did a great show and I got to know him a little better than "everday man".
