I found a small diamond engagement ring on a sidewalk in Washington, D.C. I have never worn it.

When I was young me and my sister came across a bag of money that had over 2 grand in it . Turns out there was a 7 - 11 that got robbed and the robbers dropped the bag ...WE RETURNED MOST OF IT.

Found a five dollar bill after I got off the school bus on March 31, 1981. Kind of easy to remember the date, considering I walked into the house to show my mom and she greeted me with the news about Reagan being shot.

On my way home from the beach last year on my bike, I found two fifty-dollar bills just sitting on the sidewalk! There was no wallet, no ID, no nothing! Needless to say, I felt pretty rich that day....didn't even have to work, just had to ride my bike down the right street and look at the right place!

Once found $30 bucks wedged up under my front tire in a bank parking lot; it was a very cold, windy winter afternoon...small snowflakes peppering down. If I hadn't been alert looking for the "elusive" falling snow, I'd probably have missed the green $$$ barely visible from under my front tire.

*smacks forehead* Duh! The newspaper is from March 31, my mom's b-day. Thanks for that correction.
