What was that stuff that came in a squeeze tube with a big straw and you could squeeze out a little of the stuff (multi-colored soft rubber gummy stuff), put it on one end of the straw, and blow through the other end and make a big, colorful bubble?

I know what you're talking about, but I can't remember the name of it!

I don't remember either, although I saw a couple of kids using those at a pool party a couple of weeks ago.

I can't believe they still make it. It was the worst smelling, most toxic stuff ever sold to kids. You'd think they'd have banned it by now because I'm sure there are kids that probably huff it like glue now.

It was fun...but messy and stinky!

I figured it out though! Super Elastic Bubble Plastic was what I was thinking about. Nasty stuff.

I enjoyed that stuff!! Also, Silly String, etc!

HEHE my kids luv this stuff! We get some called Plastic Bubbles at the dollar store! We also get glow in the dark bracelets/necklaces there too. The kiddies in the family LUV me on 4th of july cause they get to deck themself out in glow in the dark sticks ... you get 6 bracelets for a buck String 2 or 3 of em together for a necklace/crown.

Can you believe they charge 3 bucks for a bracelet and 5 bucks for a necklace from the downtown wandering venders during events! Maybe I should go make some money at the taste of chicago *cackles evilly*.

Oh I almost forgot... they make glow in the dark kind now... don't remember that from when we were little... did they have it?

I think that's it! It had a horrible smell - like the smell of strong glue or paint thinner or something.

Every time I think about growing up in the '60's and 70's I get all nostalgic and wish life was still that simple. Then I snap out of it and get my mind back to the present. (Sigh.)

IN a couple of years they will come out with a surgeon general warning that the plastic bubble balloon stuff causes cancer lol...

Anybody remember those big wax lips? That WinterFresh gum smells and tastes just like those wax lips.
