Not quite "south-side" STL; this area is just west of downtown between I-40 and I-44. Lafayette Park is close by, and is comprised of rehabilitated townhouses as part of revitalization project.
For those familiar with the area, it is in the old STL MPD 3rd District, in an industrial/residential section...well north of the Budweiser plant (so, if you are a Busch guy/gal, fret not).

Has anyone heard any details on air quality in St. Louis following this explosion(s)/fire(s)? I can't imagine that it is good news, although particles should settle some as the sun starts to go down.
