Man has baby hostage after police chase

I'm watching it on CNN Headline News now. What a sick individual. Fox News has been going back and forth. After a lengthy police chase, the man hit a dead end and got out of the car with the baby in hand. They knew there was at least one child in the car so they weren't agressive in the chase.

The little turd was resistant but they got him and the baby is safe...thank God!! Another woman with a child (looked about 2 or so) was released from the car and probably told the officers he didn't have a weapon so they went for it.
