Dang! I liked "Committed!"
Wow, Law & Order: TBJ is already getting canned? Amy Carlson just can't get a break.
"The Office" has been renewed? WTH? Does anyone really watch that show?
"Revelations" isn't returning? Um...well, that's a duh! It's an eschatologically-minded mini-series. I suppose once the last episode airs, we'll know what happens in "The End."
Most of those not returning shows are fine with me...except, of course, for "Third Watch." Grrrrrrrr!
Awww...it will be sad to see "8 Simply Rules" go, although I must admit, my best friend and I didn't watch after "Scrubs" got moved to Tuesday and, well, I don't know where 8SR went.
Why am I not surprised that "The Simpsons" is renewed?
I've tried to look up a few of the news ones on IMDB.com, but I only found "Fathom" so far. I'll have to do some more research when I get a chance.

Oh no! American Dreams didn't make it? OMG....that will be such a blow for that devoted following, of which my daughter is a member. RIP AD.
8 Simple Rules too? I was getting into that show too....now we'll never know if the mom gets serious with the principal.
But I am happy to see that Arrested Developement made it.

I am glad they moved West Wing. Now maybe I can actually watch it!

But that puts it opposite "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" which is right before "Desperate Housewives." I think it's only going to hurt WW's ratings more and we'll see its cancellation in the next year or two.

I think it'll do better on Sunday as well. It was facing Idol on Wednesdays.
E-Ring looks really good, it's from Jerry Bruckheimer and is set inside the Pentagon. I'm defintely trying that one out.
Most anxious for ABC tomorrow. They seem to have the most promising pilots. Commander-in-Chief is a definite tryout.

Not surprised... 24 does "decent" on Mondays. Lost wins it's slot and House with Idol is a megahit. Without Idol... it doesn't do so well(which will be case from September-December).

But now House has established fans, so we'll see I guess. I didn't start watching until about January or so, but it had nothing to do with American Idol. That's just when someone suggested I give it a try.

True... we'll have to wait and see how it does without Idol.
Trading Spouses has just been renewed(FOX) BTW.

Here's a description of it:
There are things in the dark, things adults deny but children are right to fear...Kolchak's determination to find out the truth behind his wife's mysterious murder has led him to investigate other crimes that seem to have some kind of supernatural component. But he's trying to piece together a puzzle that keeps changing its shape. Who or what is committing these crimes? How are they all related? And why do some victims end up with a strange red mark on their hands in the shape of a snake? With sidekick Perri Reed, a sexy if skeptical fellow reporter in tow, Kolchak will go to any lengths to answer these questions. But when he does discover the truth - will anyone believe him?

Producers with the show have already said next season is likely it's last.

Well ... of all of the above, I watch "Monday Night Football", and occasionally "The West Wing".
Both are returning, so I guess my TV habits will be undisturbed.
