I had to rewind on my DVR just to make sure, but I didn't think that was a probably reading.

And now, they just launched a dropsonde -- aren't they over land? Can't you only do that over water so it won't land on anyone or anything? :lol:

LOL! Sorry, Strat! :D

I'm willing to bet the pregnant woman goes into labor on the elevator (overused movie cliche if there ever was one!). The low pressure will probably cause it.

If only Desperate Housewives had been on, I wouldn't have been pulled into this silliness. :lol:

I love how the hurricane hunters are flying over Michigan. The head weather guy also just said the storm could become a category five over lake Michigan. This movie is horrible, I can't even watch it anymore! I caught the 93 mb surface pressure too, LOL.

Not impressed. Not one bit when it comes to the meteorological aspect of the movie. The rest of the storyline aside from that is (at least) SOMEWHAT more amusing than Day After Tomorrow.

"3 million people about to get clobbered and I can't even warn them" DUH! What happened to battery powered radios!!!!!!!! battery powered TV's. I guess their TV and radio stations don't have backup generators. This is too funny, but I like it anyway.

Yeah I agree, the storyline away from the meteorology is not bad, w/ the Cheating Husband, energy scandal, flipped out boyfriend and hacker.

Same here. I fell asleep at 10:45 the movie was so boring. :lol: I had to take a shower to get over it. Awful movie.

Twister in 1995 was a great move all around, the meteorology was basically sound, and the storyline was engaging. I wish they would have done a sequel

These spin-offs such as the day after tomorrow and now this made for TV move just can't compare.
