Many of Saddam's arsenal of missiles have been of North Korean or Chinese desgn, if not manufacture...he may have been referring to the "Silkworm", or a variant of it, which we know Iraq has.

Chinese missile?? They could be anywhere. If you're referring to the silkworm, that's a low-altitude one. Maybe there was something on about the missile at Kuwait City he was hearing.
