Dont think it would be a Laugher, I think many are tired of his dead butt.. However I will give you that the man is a GREAT speaker.. To bad the words coming out of his mouth are dead wrong.. A good speaker does not make a good leader

I politely disagree about his speaking skills. Say what you want about how good of a president he is... the man can't speak very well.

With all due respect...for ie: I didn't see Clinton go up there to say anything about Reagan at his funeral there in DC...Bush and his Dad both sounded good to me. To me Clinton looks like one of those "talking-head" types. GW is able to put emotion into his speaking.

Umm that wasn't Clinton's decision bud. Bush has his good traits as well but don't even try putting him in the same league as Clinton with the gift to gab, this is actually one of Bush's shortcomings.

To me, Clinton almost always sounded like he was giving some kind of high school book report. I never could stand to hear him give a speech.

I've worked with nurses who were highly skilled at their duties, but their interpersonal skills and bedside manner left something to be desired. Then there were those who were sweet as pie, but weren't really "trauma-minded" -- they generally stayed with the urgent care treatment side of the ER. Then there were those who were both well-skilled and extremely caring, which was a majority of the ER nurses. I only ever knew one who didn't have either as a strong trait -- and he ended up getting fired for drug theft anyway.

It's the same with politicians, I'm sure. Some are all talk (and good at it when they talk), but no action. Some are horrible public speakers, but they know how to get the job done. Every once in a while, there are those who can do it all. And once in a blue moon, there are those where we all look back and say, "What the heck were we thinking when we put him in office?"

Just a matter of opinion...I agree to disagree.

Need I say more, (http://www.jibjab.com) Bush is a mumbling idiot, when Bush speaks I can think of only one word "Hillbilly" or Boomhower on King of the Hill

Not his fault if he (Bush) hails from TX. I can certainly understand him any day...than I would Boomhower. :)

Clinton's speech was good but great.

Parts of it needed cohesion, and I thought he could have built up the end better.

It was also a bit too lighthearted at times and too self-aggrandizing

But overall a B/B+
