An update on my BANK ACCOUNT :)

$173.50 will get you my opening balance officially in my bank account. If you remember a couple weeks ago.. I tried Suntrust Bank.. well I got impatient so I went to a different bank and applied for an account there and was instantly accepted.
My opening account balance is $173.50 and I will be adding just about every extra $ I have to it within the coming days...
I have a check someone sent me.. currently in my Mom's bank.. I'll be taking it out.. and depositing the $ into my account.. then I have another 20-30 dollars in savings which I will roll up and put into my bank.. and I still have almost 90 dollars so.. my account will probably have close too if not over 300 dollars in it when I add the extra $.
My bank called "Public Bank" {simple enough lol} charges a small fee for monthly maintenance and that's Ok because once I have a job.. I really won't have any worries about the small fees.
Plus the woman I spoke too to get my account started was nice {and not just nice looking lol}.. She told me she'd call in about a week and ask me about how my account is and all that stuff.
I got my temp. checks today and they all have cute designs on them. 1 has Scooby Doo lol..
I get my checks in about 7-10 days and I get my Atm card in more than 3 weeks. I have also been told that if my Suntrust stuff ever comes in the mail.. just simply call them and send it back.
I feel pretty good..
