Las Vegas in ER's time slot????

I'm watching Law & Order and I hear the NBC announcer say, "Las Vegas moves to Thursdays, 10 eastern, 9 central, on NBC."
WHAT???
Please tell me this is just for the summer (or what's left of it). I KNOW darn well they're not gonna screw up Must See TV anymore and move MY show out of the time slot that it's had for the past SEVEN YEARS!!!!

Shawn - OMG, I feel the need to type a bunch of abbreviations....get ready - WTH? Notice that H word could have been another word.....LOL
Wait a cottinpickin' minute here now....ER isn't the ER we all once loved but it's heart is still beating there ya know...haven't heard any talk about 2004/05 being it's last season. If it is, leave it be! If not, why move it? If they move it, ER will surely die a fast death....
Man oh man, my Thursday nights will just never be the same again now! I'm in TV depression.....just kidding a little. First I lose my beloved Friends and can't hang out in Central Perk anymore and now this? I won't hear the ER theme played on Thursday nights?
I would say if this is true, let's round up all ER fans and write NBC. But honestly, how many fans are really left now? Not many.
I'm babbling on I'm afraid. I hate when things change on me!

I'm hoping all missed all the details and it's really just for the summer. I'll have to look it up.

I love Las Vegas, Infact I would be happy if they moved it to EVERY NIGHT at 10pm. LOL
Of course, IF Vanessa Marcil (see avatar for details) were to leave next season I would Have NO reason to watch it anymore.

Yeah, and she's not on imdb.com as being on it either. But I'm certain she was back when I watched GL and ATWT.

soaps aren't exactly my thing, but if she was on one i would probably watch it religiously. LOL (and then I get eggs dumped on my head by my wife)
I prefer to stick to Monday night football and such.
