It started off as a great board with lots of potential. Now it's a monster that only strokes the ego's of there nazi moderators. Chad Thomas has actually cussed me out in an Im and wanted me to fight him . I feel like i'm back in grade school everytime he trys to talk to me .

On too other Disturbing truths about Storm 2k. Did you realize that they have a cyber room and call minors at home and try to get them to join there rooms ?
I'm sick and tired of people going over there and being brainwashed.

Sounds like more rubbish from someone who is jealous that his board does not have as much activity or as many members as Storm2K or other boards (some people are power-hungry that way).

I've never seen anything like that happen in my sporadic visits to chat. Worst stuff I've ever seen is actually innuendo and usually shot down pretty early before it gets out of hand.

Just ignore it.

Hardcoreweather.com is really wrkh99 who was banned from the site a couple of months ago. He has hacked into the site by his own admission and is doing his best to stir up trouble ever since. As to the specific highlighted area, 1. We do not contact minors for any reason. 2. How could we call minors? We do not have peoples phone numbers listed in their profiles. The only phone numbers we have are provided by members who wish to participate in our severe weather check-in program. 3. We do have a cyber room called the storm2k chatroom. It is a moderated room and we apply the same standards of conduct there as we do on the main board.

We have chosen to ignore the rantings of this madman. He hides behind different aliases and hides his IP address through the use of proxies. I am proud to stand on S2K's history of of providing a safe place on the internet for our users.

They somehow had all our email addresses too, because I got an email from them. Sure I am gonna join the Message Board of someone who curses and makes fun of me in pm's.

Ya, I saw it.. They put that kind of garbage all over the net.. Petty immature human beings is all they are. :roll::roll::roll::roll::roll: Ive been called every name you can think of.. And I have been threatened in any manner you can imagine.. Just ignore the trolls.. I know im trying my best to do the same.. lol

Ticka who was also banned has also posted at other boards under the hardcoreweather.com alias. We ask that all of our members ignore the rantings and don't respond. If you don't want your e-mail address to be public go into your profile and change it there.

On occasion I go over to The Lookout anonymously and spy around...Yes, Ticka seems to be enjoying her new-found position of authority (to probably abuse in the future)...and then she has her partner-in-crime hardcoreweather.

What I don't get is that apparently they're asking for donations through Paypal. Is that gonna be an ongoing scheme?

If you visit other weatherboards, you know by now Hardcoreweather is not liked by many people. They don't pay attention to him or take him seriously.

It's tragic, too, that Mike Bell another Admin at The Lookout will eventually be another victim of her's no doubt. She's got him so brainwashed that trying to reason w/ him in PM's (Chad, Marshall, Kevin (Martinsville Weather)
and I did in futility)...she's like a black widow spider w/ her ever-present lure!

Does anyone else feel a pressing need for a tropical system to develop? I've had my fill of this subject lol

I'd rather not feed the trolls either. Let them play their little games while we take the high road and move on. I think soon enough, most people will see through them.

I'm just PO'ed that Mike wouldn't listen to voices of REASON w/ his Ticka Admin situation...just looking out for Mike, is all.

I agree Stephanie. I hope everyone understands that if they have any questions about S2K they should feel free to post them. Chad and I are always willing to respond to questions from our members. What we aren't going to do is respond to the trolls on other boards. Let's all stay focused on our site, friends and internet family. Those who cause problems here are removed and won't be back! That I can promise you! Eric, you're just trying to lookout for a friend. Never apologize for that!
