I have officially made it through a year..

1 year ago yesterday my ex fiancee commited her little cheating sin. I didn't find out about it till our brutal breakup on 7/23. But I think I deserve to be applauded for what has happened to me in the past year..

Despite my depression.. I have 2 new families, you guys and my church. Both who have helped me tremendously.

I actually think of Casandra as a blessing more than a burden. Because even though she's going down through a dangerous and tumultuous road.. I feel like I have been blessed to become a "big brother" type to her.

Tomorrow.. I am "celebrating" the 11 months since the breakup by going down to WorkForce Rehab for orientation.. and then I'm getting another check with my church on my rent situation.

I may even do some pavement pounding tomorrow.. I think I deserve to be applauded

Cassandra...that's really what the Lord wants from ALL of us day to day...
is to give a Smile or Helping Hand to someone.
