Released Child Molester Reindicted

DALLAS, Texas (KXAS TV) -- A Dallas grand jury Wednesday found enough evidence for a new trial for a man convicted previously of child molestation.
David Wayne Jones served 13 years for the earlier conviction and opted for voluntary castration. He now will face new charges on two additional counts of sexual assault of a child.
Jones, a former counselor at a Dallas YMCA camp, admitted he molested 40 children at an East Dallas YMCA. A judge allowed Jones to be released under strict supervision after ruling that prosecutors did not move fast enough to file the new charges.
