I can honestly say I've never eaten anything disgusting. I have a simple rule...if it doesn't smell good...don't eat it.
Wait a sec...do raw oysters count?

I'm sure a lot of people think sushi is disgusting, but it's not to me.
On the other hand, have you ever popped open an ice cold Diet Coke only to find out the "drink by" date is 6 months ago? When it gets old, that crap tastes like something you'd drain out of your car's engine!! I never imagined it could be that bad! Took me a while to figure out what the problem was.
Now THAT'S disgusting!

Other than snake, it HAS to be my "first official Air Force meal"..."$#|+ on a shingle" (I THINK it was chipped beef in gravy on toast) given at 0300 hours, just after we got off the bus at Lackland AFB TX.

When I was 9 years old, my mom and grandmother took me to visit my aunt who was living in the jungles of a then wild and untamed Costa Rica...(she was an AP photographer) reporting on the Guerilla's...anyway, we were hosted by a family deep in a jungle and they fed us Monkey meat! No one told me what it was until after it was eaten....I don't remember not liking it, but I do know that all I would eat the rest of that trip was tomato soup and orange Crush soda!

When I was little my mom gave me some Turtle Soup at a restaurant. She told me it was Beef Vegetable to get me to eat it.. After the meal, she told us what it was and I went outside in the parkling lot and barfed.

When I would feed my kids baby food (especially vegetables), I would touch the spoon to my lips to see that it wasn't too hot. YUK, especially the peas!!!!!

You know, you can take a jar of peach cobbler baby food, heat it up, and pour it over vanilla ice cream and it's good!
Learned that from a doctor whose kids I used to babysit.

Sea Urchin(Unagi)

Unagi is eel, as in sushi. Good with the sauce they put over it.
Sea urchin gonads are uni. I don't think I'd eat that either. Parts like that are NOT edible in my book.

Most disgusting thing I've ever been offered (but turned down):
Chicken feet
It looks disgusting and scaly and hard. I just don't see how I could bring myself to put that to my lips. That would be the ultimate gross out for me on "Fear Factor."
