If anyone can make heads or tails out of this battle, I congratulate you. I feel bad for the judge.

Now that's just crazy. If you're born with a man package, you are a man. But hey, to each his own.

LOL @ "man package!"

Well, I think I got it figured out. The divorce should be granted no matter what. If whoever the spouse is who wants the divorce claims to have NOT had surgery, then he's still a man -- so he should be able to divorce his wife...simple as that. If he did have surgery, then the marriage is null and void anyway since those marriages aren't legal. It's just so darned corny. Most people who do do that kind of thing try to become the "opposite" sex so they can appear to be in a "normal" relationship. These two went the other way around.

I think....

Heck, I think I'm still confused.

Seems simple enough to me..

If the guy, I mean lady, would agree that he, I mean she, was a man and not a woman. No, wait. I mean if the lady (lady, right?) admitted she was a man, then the marriage would be annulled because she, I mean he, wasn't really a lady but a man at the time they were married.. which really didn't happen because he wasn't a she when they took their vows..

Make sense?

However this turns out; I'm boycotting the funeral home.

Yeah Jack, you've got it. I think.

It just makes me wonder why people do stuff like this. I'm taking a couple of Ibuprofen and going to bed.
