Parents Return Home, Find Sons Dead

IRVING, Texas (KXAS TV) -- Irving police are investigating the deaths of two brothers after their bodies were found inside their home Thursday night.

Authorities said the brothers' parents found the men when they returned about 7:30 p.m. Thursday to their home in the 1400 block of McHam.

The Dallas County medical examiner is working to determine the cause of their deaths. Police said the boys, ages 23 and 24, may have died of blunt force trauma to the head.

A friend of the family told NBC 5 that robbery might have been a motive in their deaths as a number of items were taken from the house.

Irving police detectives planned to release more information about the case on Friday.
