Son graduated Tuesday. I bawled like a baby. I didn't think that day would ever come. Husband was there, too. Same condition as always. Messed up. I went to see a lawyer yesterday. She said to see if he would sign a waiver to pass on getting my retirement or 401k. He said he would. Our appt. is Saturday. She said the divorce could become final in 3 weeks. $1,175 for uncontested.
Got all my stuff moved to NC. That was a hard trip. Unloading the truck REALLY sucked. One brother and I had to unload it ourselves. Everyone else was at work. Will be back in NC Wed. That's it for now. Will keep you updated.

Deb, give Michael a special hug and congratulations from me. I'm hugging you all the way from Houston!!! You are a remarkable woman. I know what you have been through and there are many who would have thrown up their hands long ago and run the other way. Not you or Michael-you both have stayed the course and done what must be done. You have my complete admiration and respect. Life will only get better and better for both of you from here on out!!!
