As much as I can't stand the death penalty.. There are occasions, such as this 1 or if anyone is ever tried for 9/11.. that deserve it.

Death does Nichols part.. :)

It's about time. Didn't the bombing occur in 1996 or so? At least the guilty verdict is in.

Wednesday, April 19, 1995; definitely time to get some punishment underway. And I use that term "some" VERY loosely!

He's facing 161 counts and the death penalty is definitely in the mix. That's the whole reason that Oklahoma decided to take him to trial. There's not much doubt about the penalty at this point. The only question is how many years before they execute him.

Stick him

He was alreayd convicted of conspiracy and involuntary manslaughter charges in federal court and is serving a life without parole sentense. Now the question is will he have to serve that sentense befor ethe execution, rendering this trial meaningless. He was already convicted and isnt getting out (though I thought he should have hanged publicly for his treason), so, IMO, our tax dollars could have been spent on winning this war, instead of retrying an already convicted person for the same crime

a death sentence takes priority over any other sentence. i hope he gets executed
