Today was the last day of school for my county and I am so happy. Next year I am going to be a sophmore in high school. YAY ME. LMAO And I thought I would pay tribute with this little song that is not of my work.

School got out here last Tuesday May 18.

Have fun and stay safe over the summer! It'll be time to go back before you know it.

Coppertop's last day of sophomore year will be Friday; after that, he will spend three weeks in summer school, racking up 100 hours of tutoring for his "Gold" award in Advanced Placement/College Prep track, then off to New Joisey to visit his Aunt Jan on the 19th of June (tentative date).

Tuesday seems like an odd day to get out of school. My school's last day is technically this Friday, but since I'm exempt from exams, my last day was last Friday.

My county had it's last day of school today. It's going to be wierd for me to go for an AM walk and not see school buses or kids by the bus stops.

August 5th is the 1st day back for our kids here also

August 9th is when we start back school

Congratulations on making it through your freshman year...and to all those who are ending their school term. I remember that wonderful feeling of freedom so well!

Some one check me on this but think Alice came out with this at perfect time for me, June 1971, had just graduated high school. All the girls and boys, cause they found new toys.

Oh I AM! I've been waiting for this one all year!

I had a BLAST last night...the whole thing was very exciting...I got big time applause...I still haven't figured that out...maybe cause they're glad to get rid of me LOL...seriously it felt great! Afterwards, we went out to eat, but it took an hour or so to even find something besides McDonalds that was open...we wound up at a 24 hour Perkins restaurant...
