much speculation about this..... The glasses were the wierdest thing to me... seems no one has ever seen him wearing them before..

If that was the real Saddam, those glasses really made it difficult to decide. His eyes looked HUGE!!! :o

Have to agree with you. The glasses and the beret were worn to throw us off. Noticed the lines around the mouth and to the nose area - thats where I am seeing that its not him - compare the real sadamn to the imposter and you will see the differerence - also the chin and chin area is different too.

Looks like a fake to me... the voice analysis will be the real trick to tell.

I've heard that he doesn't like to wear his glasses because he thinks it makes him look weak. Of course an imposter would need to so he could hide as much of his face as possible.

Even if it turned out to be him, he doesn't make any reference to anything specific that had just happened. This tape could have been days old, or longer.

Thanks Ticka, I don't think that is Saddam at all! I thought he looked weird from the first time I saw it late last night.

i have been hearing on tv that voice experts say it was him, but not sure if it was live or taped.... Im still skepticle
