Chechen president killed in terrorist blast

Oh my chechen president was killed in the attack during a celebration of victory day commemorating the WW2 defeat of the nazis at a stadium in Grozny the capital.Now the question is who was responsible for this terrorist act.

A novel approach as well. They think the bomb was burried in concrete a few months ago.

Here is the quote from CNN :
"The blast happened beneath the VIP stand where political and military leaders were reviewing a military parade.
A spokesman for the Chechen Interior Ministry said that the bomb may have been buried in concrete as many as three months ago while the stadium was undergoing a renovation."
Now that is forward thinking.

Ouch. There is so much terrorism in so many different places! Are we doing anything there or is this terrorism different from ours?
