If memory serves, ZENIT (3EHYT) is/was a Russian military contractor. If so, the technology could be well within the grasp of terrorists, and may be already (we have no way of knowing just how far the Russians/Chinese/North Koreans might have developed this independently)...

You may be right. They pointed out that the countdown was in Russian and English. It was a mobile platform similar to an oil rig and a good size support ship. Too bad I didn't have enough warning time so more could have watched it.
