LOL, Paolo! So true. :) I guess saying "pasta" to an Italian is like saying "barbecue" to an American.

What kind of barbecue?
Beef
Pork chops
Chicken
Shrimp ("ya got yer barbecued skrimp..." - Bubba)
Baby back ribs
Country style ribs
Riblets
chopped
sliced
pulled
mopped
smoked
Texas style
Memphis style
St. Louis style
Carolina style
Buffalo style
open pit
closed pit

:)
