Dell service rocks!

As many of you know I bought a refurbished Dell computer in January. Over the last month I started having problems with it locking up. I finally got around to calling Dell about it. After about 5 minutes on the phone the tech apologized for the problems. Seems the pachine was originally sent back for the same thing. Since they back their refurbished machines with the same warranty they sent me a brand new machine to replace it! Not only that but I got a processor upgrade to boot. My original was a 3.0GHz and the new one is a 3.2
That's what I call service! Good job Dell.
