Before you do anything drastic

For IT professionals and those "in the know" this is a pedestrian matter. But for average slobs lke me, who live in perpetual denial, this would be good advice.

My computer was giving me all sorts of trouble. I did all sorts of things to it with no results. I was about to wipe the hard drive and start over. To make a long story short, it turned out to be that the processor and fan desperately needed a good cleaning. Jammed up with dust, no cooling, computer acting badly. If you get mystery problems, check this (it's free) before you spend a lot of time or money on "fixes"

Been there done that. LOL!! skyhook fixed it for me too. I get a can of air and I spray all the components now.

Great Post ED :) . Hopefully me computer won't give me any problems for a long time :wink:
