A night out for a change!

My wife and I went to see Colin Mochriie & Brad Sherwood from "who's line is it anyway." They were performing at the local arts center which was surprising for this backwater town. There were about 2,000 in the audience. Since it was just the two of them, they used people from the audience a lot. One girl from the audience out-funnied Colin in one skit. We were about 15 rows back so we got a good view. The show lasted 2 hours and we had a great time.

That sounds like great fun. I love that show, and those guys are so funny.

Glad you had a good time. If you ever get to see the Capitol Steps in town, make a point to go see them. Especially if you like political humor! (What's not to laugh at with politicians?)
Maybe sometime before you are 65 you can go out again.
We're heading to see "Hairspray" tonight here in Phoenix. Our second broadway show this year. We saw Grease back in January. It will be our last til 2005, I suspect.
Nothing like someone entertaining you to help you forget all else that is going on....

I wish I could have a night out.. It would be a huge change.. Guess I will just have to wait for my lil angel to get a little bit bigger first..
I really admire those two, they are great performers and I would love to see them live. Glad you had a good time Ed

No, we were about 1/2 way back in the audience. They did one skit where they asked an audience for someone with an unusual occupation. One lady was a "lactation consultant." They brought her up in a hurry. Brad acted as a newsmagazine reporter interviewing her about her job. Colin's job was to interpret the conversation for the hearing impaired. She was describing the exercises and other preparations that an expecting mother should do, and Colin and the audience had a great time with that!

Sounds like a great time, Ed! It would have been interesting if you volunteered and were called up as a "Storm Chaser". Maybe not quite as laughable as Lactation Consultant, but fun stuff anyway.
We just recently saw "Defending the Caveman". Everyone, go see it if you can. It was a riot!
