Foreigners begin evacuating Baghdad

BAGHDAD, March 17 - Amid U.S. warnings that foreigners should immediately leave Iraq, several U.N. weapons inspectors checked out of their hotels in Baghdad on Monday in advance of an expected evacuation order.
