No Intruder reported in 24 hrs!

We have completed our security installs and our now awaiting clearance from CIS(Center for Internet Security).

Once cleared we will installed the last of 10 systems monitors and this will give us the greatest amount of monitoring that is offered.

All server and system software has been scanned 4 times and have be cleared.All server and system software has been updated to the most current stable version however we still have an issue with a program and we might have to take the server offline for sometime.This problem is related to the new hard drive and OS version.An indirect result of these inturders.

Over the next 10 days we will be running system tests and you could experience some server downtime each and every day.

Once we are at a security( cis level-1 )100% we will notify the Storm2k admins and they will instruct you on how to proceed to change your password.


THIS IS A MUST SINCE THE HACKERS HAVE ALL PASSWORDS ON THE SYSTEM!

Steve, you are the man! Your hard work is much appreciated by all of us here at S2K! I am sure that I speak for everyone when I say that.

No problem! I think most of us know a good website/message board when we see one. So we'll comply when the time comes. And gladly change our passwords!!! Must admit though, it does make me uneasy to know someone out there is lurking as I type and has my password!

Marshall And I are also working on trying to get our old board back up on our old server as a back up for those of you that cant stand to be with out your s2k We will keep you updated if we get it going

My daughter has an old Bug's Life battery operated toy or room guard. Yes it's Flick and he says a number of phrases. One is - Intruder Alert! Intruder Alert! - LOL

Now I keep thinking of her toy, even though she's 13 now, she gets Flick out occasionally to surprise us all. Want to borrow it Steve? LOL
