We're shooting for Mon. or Tue. I'll be soooo glad to have it done. Getting run down from not having time to rest. I'm exhausted. I need a vacation!!!! :cry:

We're going to try selling it ourselves first for about 3 weeks. If we don't have any luck then we'll go to a realtor. I just want it to sell fast.

Deb, if it is priced right you should be able to sell it yourself. We took the market price, subtracted $5,000 and put it on the market. Still made a lot more than we would have in paying commission to an agent.

We had a buyer the first week....and then we were homeless.
