The US will not send to Turkey that package because of what they did of not letting the US use it's bases and open a northern front from Turkey.

It's about time we grew some bal** , they don't deserve it but ya know what.....as soon as we go to war, you know damn good and well that Iraq with attack Turkey in some way, shape of form and guess who will come running with the purse strings open???
