This is what John Conyers (D, MI), the ranking Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee is up to; he met recently with a large group of liberal attorneys and Ramsey Clark, former Attorney General, to discuss and formulate charges in resopnse to several anti-war organizations.

It is interesting to note that no other Congressmen or Senators were present.

What are they going to impeach him for? Leadership, determination, resolve? With the Republicans in charge of both the House and Senate that's like committing political suicide.

My reading is that Conyers expects President Bush to win in 2004, but also the Democrats to regain control of the House and Senate...which would give him and his battery of trial lawyers the setting (and backing) they need.

I think you all have a rough idea how I will vote...LOL
