He said that tomorrow night's ER was going to show an elderly woman's breasts and that CBS got wind of it and had to come up with something to outdo NBC.

The problem is that the episode he is referring to already aired in November and then as a rerun last week. This week's episode is new and probably not going to show breasts again.

I realize he was being comical in what he said, but he kept emphasizing that it was "tomorrow night's ER" and that he thinks he'll tune in also just to see what "they" are like.
