This is a real tear jerker for sure. It takes a little time to load but I'm telling you this is the best put together piece I've ever seen. A friend of mine made this and I have used this ever since. Please let me know what you think of this whole thing. Turn up the music and watch this piece...it is shattering to me every time I see this!

I was the one who originally posted this whole video and tribute on that site for many thousands of others to see since I wanted this guy to get this particular collaboration out there. It is truly spectacular in the way it was made and also right after the events of the day. Its always tough to reminesce, but we need to see where we stand in life and reflect on the memories we have. I hope everyone thinks twice on our stance in this world as well and know where we're going.

Anyhow, again....I hope this wasnt overdone and I'm not trying to paint sad faces here or plant depression...this is just something I felt should be passed along for its artruistic look and feel.

Exactly my sentiments Bill. Need we be reminded? Time to make things happen, and not by some deadline that Saddam thinks we'll start bombing him. We need to take a day and get this party started and make sure he is not in a position to pull this crap ever again....especially on our own soil.

I agree, our freedom is what makes us who we are, and with all those innocent people, they took some of that freedom! The way the world is going today, sometimes I fear the thought of bringing innocent children into it! We HAVE to fight to regain our freedom and American Spirit, with the rest of the world's support, or WITHOUT! God Bless America!

I do every time I see that Garrett....It really hits home with me, and sometimes infuriates me that it happened all together...but thats why we're called humans and we have those emotions. I hope everyone sees this.

You should have been on campus that day. I couldn't walk through the University Union nor could I get through the Garden Cafe. There was hundreds of people lined up watching the days events unfold on campus televisions. Extra TV's had to be brought out from Media Services that way we ALL could get a chance to how the events were unfolding. Chancellor Bruce Shepard emailed all the students and told us how grateful and how UWGB will not falter under any conditions. Be strong and we will survive. There was thousands of people watching the campus flags (American, Wisconsin and UWGB) being dropped to Half Mass. That really brought tears to my eyes. I had one class that day and it was hard to concentration on lecture.

At that time, I was working at Channel 5, and well I had to work that night, all the assignment board read was "Attack on America". That's it, nothign else. Things were somber there too. I still have the Red, White and Blue ribbons on my backpack from Channel 5 and everytime I look at them, it reminds me of how America (and the world) pulled together to aid in clean-up/recovery efforts in New York.

Because of my affiliation with the American Red Cross (ARC)(through my YMCA's), I was almost on a plane headed out to New York/DC. My bosses told the president of the Neenah-Menasha ARC that I was to valuable at the Y, that I needed to stay and teach swimming lessons. Through emails and phone calls to my family, the YMCA and the ARC, the situation settled and I was allowed to stay in Green Bay. It would have been a new meaning of life if I had to venture out to NYC/DC, but either way, it still is. Remembering 9/11 always brings tears to my eyes and how we are fighting to combat terrorism.

That is a day I will NEVER!!! forget. Very good tribute to Those who lost their lives on that tragic day. I wish those protesting this war could see it!!!!

Got that right John...no one alive currently and old enough to know better, will ever forget.

I wish these people against the war in Iraq would realize how important it is. When we are successful...in taking out saddams regime..We will be one step closer to making sure September 11th never happens again. WE OWE THAT MUCH to the victims and their family..IMHO
